I’ll be joining Carla Mattioli, who will lead a meditation using tai chi and other awesome stuff, this Sunday as the musician for the Music & Meditation in the Meetinghouse monthly series at the Gloucester Unitarian Universalist Church​. We rehearsed and I was seriously relaxed by the sound of her voice in just 5 minutes. 🙂

Open to the public, goodwill donation of $10 suggested but all are welcome.
